**Join the LAQ team and play an integral role in**:

- Supporting the Coordinator Preferred Supplier Strategy with the administrative activities including data entry, word processing, scanning and preparing reports
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of preferred supplier and vendor records within the various IT systems
- Liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding preferred supplier and service agreement enquiries

**You will have**:

- Legal administration experience and ideally have knowledge of LAQs preferred supplier and legal service delivery programs
- The ability to analyse, interpret and collate information. You can use information technology systems such as Microsoft Suite and have the capacity to learn organisation specific systems
