Job Title: Website Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our company website to ensure optimal functionality, security, and performance.

  • Maintaining and updating the company website to ensure optimal functionality, security, and performance\
  • Monitoring website traffic, performance, and capacity to identify and resolve potential issues\
  • Implementing and managing web hosting, content delivery networks (CDNs), and other infrastructure-related tasks\
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and providing support for content updates and integrations\
  • Managing website backups, security updates, and routine maintenance\
  • Ensuring cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility\
  • Optimizing website loading speed and performance metrics\
  • Collaborating with the content, design, and marketing teams to implement new features and updates\
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve website user experience and engagement\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in website development and maintenance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years' relevant work experience\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\
  • Fluent in English
