**Role Purpose**:
As a Digital Projects Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, managing website content, optimising our e-commerce platform, and driving impactful digital marketing campaigns. Your goal is to enhance customer experience, boost conversion rates, and maximise the commercial potential of our websites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Management: Update and maintain website content using WordPress, develop compelling product pages, and ensure SEO best practices.
- E-commerce Management: Manage WooCommerce to keep product listings, pricing, and inventory accurate and up-to-date.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and sales, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Customer Experience & Conversion: Lead initiatives to improve site usability and conversion rates using data-driven insights.
- Analytics & Reporting: I own weekly online sales and performance reporting, utilising analytics tools to drive continual optimisation.
- SEO: Implement and refine SEO strategies, research keywords, and monitor website traffic.
- Project Management: Manage digital and website projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as an eCommerce or Website Manager, preferably in skincare, beauty, or retail services.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools. Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
