We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educational leader to join our team as Head of Teaching and Learning. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about driving innovation in teaching practices and providing positive, inspirational, and transformational leadership.
The Position- To provide strategic leadership in the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of a rigorous, evidence-informed curriculum from Prep to Year 12.
- To work closely with the Head of Junior School Curriculum to ensure alignment and coherence across all year levels.
- To lead curriculum evaluation processes to ensure coherence, progression, and responsiveness to student needs.
- To drive innovation through high-quality, modern teaching and learning practices.
- To provide positive, inspirational, and transformational leadership.
