Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive early learning innovation and excellence in our centre operations. As the Lead Learning Innovation Director, you will collaborate with our Centre Director to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in mentoring and developing staff capabilities, assuming overall centre management responsibilities when needed, and effectively implementing our practice guide.
About Our Centre
We are a purpose-built centre located in central Bendigo, highly engaged with families and the local community. Our centre embeds Indigenous culture and values into our curriculum and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop centre staff
- Assume overall centre management responsibilities when needed
- Implement our practice guide
