About the Role:

In this fast-paced role, you will provide support and oversight for the entire Rooms Division, including Front Office, Group Operations, Housekeeping, Bell Desk, Regency Club Lounge and Concierge.

You will ensure that each department is delivering a personalised experience for guests in accordance with the brand experience.

As a leader, you must inspire the very best customer care and service execution within a team of professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and actively influence cost management and revenue generation for each department.
  • Develop and mentor department managers.
  • Actively engage with employees throughout the division.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Previous international experience in a large 5-star hotel.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A relevant degree in Business or Hospitality.
  • A proven ability to handle emergency and crisis situations.
  • A sound working knowledge in systems including HotSOS, Birchstreet, and Opera PMS.
