About the Role

Job Description:

The company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to assist in managing the rent roll of residential properties. This role involves working together with other property managers in a portfolio-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current Certificate of registration - essential
  • At least 2 years of property management experience
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and focus
  • Good presentation
