The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Fleet Manager to optimize the performance of our ANZ fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the governance, controls, and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles.
  • Partner with fleet vendors to ensure optimal service levels and agreements.
  • Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Produce quarterly performance reports for senior management.
  • Manage capital expenditure and review month-end invoicing.
  • Manage data for FBT reporting.
  • Oversee vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
  • Assist and provide mentoring and leadership to the Fleet Administrator.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar Fleet Management role, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Highly professional and committed approach to learning our business and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written communication and numeracy skills.
