The Fleet Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic Fleet Manager to oversee the performance of our ANZ fleet. This role will focus on ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes. The successful candidate will partner closely with fleet vendors, identify and implement solutions for improvement, and provide quarterly performance reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee fleet governance, controls, and performance standards.
  • Partner with fleet vendors to ensure optimal service levels and agreements.
  • Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Produce quarterly performance reports.
  • Manage capital expenditure and review month-end invoicing.
  • Manage data for FBT reporting.
  • Oversee vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
  • Assist and provide mentoring to the Fleet Administrator.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in fleet management practices.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Highly professional and committed approach to learning our business and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written communication and numeracy skills.
