About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Fleet Manager to optimize the performance of our ANZ fleet. The successful candidate will partner with fleet vendors, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance employee experience outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fleet governance, controls, and performance standards.
- Partner with fleet vendors to ensure optimal service levels and agreements.
- Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Produce quarterly performance reports for senior management.
- Manage capital expenditure and review month-end invoicing.
- Manage data for FBT reporting.
- Oversee vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
- Assist and provide mentoring to the Fleet Administrator.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in fleet management practices.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Highly professional and committed approach to learning our business and processes.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong written communication and numeracy skills.
