About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre of Excellence Lead to join our Identity and Access Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Identity and Access Management strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Identity and Access Management policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of Identity and Access Management initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources for Identity and Access Management initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with Identity and Access Management.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Identity and Access Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
