About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Identity Oversight team, responsible for ensuring the effective management of identity and access technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for identity and access technology, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the development and execution of testing plans to identify and mitigate risks associated with identity and access technology.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Chief Controls Office, Risk and Audit teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination of identity and access technology initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to technology crews and control owners to ensure the effective implementation of identity and access technology controls.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed view of control operations and processes, including review of scripts, queries, extracts, processes, and procedures.
  • Proactively conduct self-assessments across the identity estate to identify areas for improvement and optimize control effectiveness.
  • Work with assurance functions to collate evidence requests, conduct workshops, support walkthroughs, and draft management responses.
  • Provide a consolidated view of controls operated by identity and contribute to actionable insights that can aid business unit prioritization.
  • Drive remediation activities noted by centralized testing teams where findings are applicable to identity controls and/or processes.
  • Support the organizational focus on enhanced control testing automation, as governed by the Chief Controls Office teams.
Requirements
  • Strong identity and access management knowledge, including processes and key technology.
  • Experience in IT audit, internal controls, and/or risk management, with a strong focus on identity and access management.
  • Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing, or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading/contributing to internal and external (statutory) audits.
  • Strong data skills, with automation experience demonstrating a reduction in manual effort in executing test cases.
  • Very strong written and communication skills.
