Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Manager to join our team at Weir. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales growth and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate assigned accounts, initiate new business, and grow existing business through team and individual selling efforts.
- Customer Support: Provide world-class customer and product support in capital products and aftermarket wear solutions with a high level of professionalism.
- Service: Perform onsite and workshop-based inspections and provide technical advice to optimize ESCO product performance.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
- Some exposure and experience to heavy industry operations or mining (preferred).
- You will be a self-starter that takes pride in the quality of work you deliver with excellent time management, solid communication, and negotiation skills.
- You will be equally comfortable working autonomously as well as with a team.
- Computer literacy is required along with some data entry skills.
