Job Overview

This role focuses on supporting Home Support and Home Care Teams in delivering services efficiently, collaborating with contracted cleaning and gardening providers.

You will work closely with ACH Group customers to promote independence and enable them to live in their own homes. The position involves liaising directly with customers, care coordinators, and provider partners to coordinate service delivery, respond to feedback, maintain schedules, and accurate customer records.

This role is ideal for applicants with a background in customer service, administration, scheduling or direct care who are interested in a career in community care business support or coordination and offers opportunities for growth within our Community Home Support Team.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: A warm demeanor, ability to deliver exceptional customer service, and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and coordinating service delivery require attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: An enthusiastic team member willing to work collaboratively to find solutions and independently as required.
  • Administrative Expertise: A good understanding of administrative duties within an office environment, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite and customer record applications.
  • Community-Based Programs: Knowledge of community-based programs, service delivery, or scheduling, with an understanding of working with an older demographic is desirable.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate must have a satisfactory police clearance for Aged Care, less than 12 months old before commencement.
