We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team

Job Description

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing exceptional service and administration support. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule services using our CRM system.

Your duties will include:

  • Coordinate and schedule services using our CRM system
  • Administer job orders, invoices, and resolve service issues
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform various ad hoc duties as required

To succeed in this role, you will require strong administrative experience, preferably in sales support or coordination. You should be customer-focused, outcome-driven, and possess excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work 38 hours per week with alternating times.
