Drive operational excellence at our Distribution Centre as a senior logistics leader.

This is a salaried role with a 17.5% loading, working from 4pm to midnight.

Fostering a high-performing team culture and ensuring efficient distribution operations are key responsibilities in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the centre's PM operations, delivering on time through effective labour resourcing and fleet allocation.
  • Evaluate and improve warehouse efficiency using continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Identify root causes of issues, implement proactive action plans, and ensure compliance.

As a strong leader, you'll influence, engage, and promote a high-performing team by implementing new technologies, processes, and policies to enhance overall warehouse efficiency while maintaining a zero-harm environment.

You will lead a team of 20-25 employees during the afternoon shift.
