eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). The business is rapidly expanding and currently has eight fulfillment centers (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space. **What are we looking for?**
Due to continued growth, eStore Logistics is looking for multiple passionate and highly motivated Team Leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments to work in our fulfilment centres.

We require team players that possess a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and that want to grow within a supportive team. The primary objective for the Team Leader is to lead, coach and mentor a team of DC Warehouse staff to ensure that customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. Previous leadership experience, a technical mindset, accountability and the drive to want more will set you apart when applying

**What will you do?**
- Liaise with management in respect to warehouse operations.
- Plan activities and coordinate with others autonomously to achieve results on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure others work to the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.
- Ensure area housekeeping is of a very high standard, complete documented housekeeping inspections daily.
- Assess customer needs effectively and weigh alternative approaches ensuring the customer is put first.
- Ensure your work area is tidy and implement 5S principles to sustain standards.
- Ensure all equipment is available and in good order and condition.
- Function Assessment (Process Auditing).
- Highlight damages and hazards to the site leadership team.
- Actively and visibly participate in Safety Observations, Workplace Inspections and incident / hazard reporting.
- Training Team Members with eStores standards and methods.
- Daily Work Execution of your allocated area.
- First level escalation and resolutions of inventory issues.
- All inventory on site is accounted for and stored correctly physically and logically
- Working areas are cleared and reported on daily
- Respond to Customer Service queries promptly and with sufficient detail.

**Additional Requirements**
- Prepared to undertake any additional training to compliment the operation
- Weekend and after hours shift work may be required
- Prepared to work flexible working hours (AM & PM shifts available)
