Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Policy Coordinator, you will provide vital support to our account brokers, focusing on client insurance needs and risk assessment.



  • Assist account brokers with client insurance/risk needs, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand their insurance requirements.
  • Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and timely.
  • Attend client meetings, work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior brokers, underwriters, client executives, and client managers.
  • Foster an exceptional client experience through outstanding customer service.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:



  • General insurance experience, preferably supporting senior brokers with client accounts.
  • Strong administration and customer service skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Tier 1 insurance qualification or a willingness to pursue it upon commencement.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A desire for professional development through ongoing training.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
