Job Title: Advertising Sales Manager

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to join our team in Australia. As an Advertising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling digital advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly growing team that is building a world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer. You will use your experience and skills to successfully grow and scale the revenues of our assigned brands or clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell a broad range of advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands or clients, using a consultative approach and understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new accounts or brands that will complement our existing roster and help you reach your personal revenue targets.
  • Work closely with our operations team, other senior sellers, and the leadership team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, and/or Online Advertising experience.
  • Experience working closely with brands and agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues.
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and present both over the phone and in person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
  • 4+ years selling programmatic and/or data-driven ad products or platforms.
