- Manage end-to-end forecasting, scheduling, and tactical optimization for assigned work groups.

We are looking for a problem solver with analytical skills and experience in workforce planning and optimization. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in large, complex contact centers, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficiency in Alvaria eWFM or alternate WFP software is highly desirable.
