We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our team at Medibank, a leading healthcare provider in Australia. As a Workforce Planner, you will play a critical role in analyzing and forecasting workforce supply and demand for frontline healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimized workforce planning strategies to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Analyze and report on emerging trends and anomalies in staffing, service, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial benefits through best practice workforce planning.
  • Manage end-to-end forecasting, scheduling, and tactical optimization for assigned work groups.
  • Provide narrative and graphical representation of resource plan assumptions and associated staffing strategies.
About You

We are looking for a problem solver with analytical skills and experience in workforce planning and optimization. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in large, complex contact centers, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficiency in Alvaria eWFM or alternate WFP software is highly desirable.
