Vacant position exists for an individual to provide property management services in Alice Springs.
The primary goal is to offer support to occupants of government employee dwellings in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Manage tenancies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- Facilitate communication between occupants and relevant authorities.
This role involves providing administrative assistance to tenants residing in government-owned properties.
Duties include:
- Providing information to tenants regarding their responsibilities under residential tenancies legislation.
