Responsibilities
  • Provide property and tenancy management services for occupants of government employee dwellings in Alice Springs.
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing and regular inspections in accordance with relevant Acts.
  • Support occupants to report repairs and maintenance needs and coordinate responses.
