Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator Facilities and Projects to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating property and tenancy functions, planning and delivering designated projects, and providing relevant financial and compliance reporting.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will be based in Alice Springs and will spend approximately 20% of your time traveling to and working in remote communities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property and tenancy functions
  • Plan and deliver designated projects
  • Provide relevant financial and compliance reporting
  • Travel to remote communities as required

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, or Project Management
  • Extensive experience in facilities, assets, or project management
  • Ability to acquire a NT Ochre card and hold a current driver's licence
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
