As an Executive Manager – Business Services, you will champion our mission by influencing positive change on the ground and across the boardroom.

\

You will be redefining how corporate services operate in a dynamic, culturally rich Aboriginal health setting.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strategic yet grounded mindset, with the ability to plan long-term while managing daily complexity\
  • Culturally sensitive attitude, especially toward Aboriginal employees and community structures\
  • Adaptable and independent spirit, suited to remote living with simplicity and perspective\
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Business or similar\
  • At least 4–5 years' experience in senior corporate or business management\
  • Proven skill in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting\
  • The ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change\
  • High emotional intelligence, honesty, and a genuine passion for social purpose\
  • A strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives that support operational excellence and compliance\
  • Experience in building relationships across departments and the community to understand the environment and opportunities ahead\
