About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to drive digital transformation and play a key role in shaping technology strategy.

This is a leadership opportunity to influence strategic direction, uplift capability, and ensure systems and information assets are secure, compliant, and enabling the team to deliver on mission.

You will have a broad IT background to recommend and guide the path forward. Previous roles might include Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager, Systems Manager, or IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing ICT teams
  • Oversee ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, and digital transformation projects across ERP and CRM
  • Drive information governance, compliance with privacy legislation, and records management best practices
  • Shape and deliver ICT and IM strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Manage vendors and contracts, ensuring value for money and service excellence
  • Provide leadership in technology innovation, including opportunities in AI and emerging tools

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a leader who can bridge technology and business needs with credibility, collaboration, and vision.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated leadership in ICT and Information Management environments
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and service delivery
  • Expertise in data governance, compliance, and information lifecycle management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field

Desirable: Experience in the public sector, ITIL/Project Management certifications, and familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or TRIM/OpenText.
