Establishing a seamless workflow in our substations projects is crucial to delivering exceptional results.

We are seeking an experienced Works Ready Coordinator to drive project success by planning and preparing all necessary resources, optimizing efficiency, mitigating risks, and ensuring accurate data management.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Scope works, secure materials, book services, and ensure everything is in place before crews hit the ground
  • Efficiency Optimization: Reduce travel time, maximize resources, and streamline work packages for peak productivity
  • Risk Management: Visit sites, identify potential issues, and develop solutions before work even begins
  • Data Management: Keep projects on track with accurate data management and reporting
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with field crews, contractors, and stakeholders to make sure everything runs like clockwork

The ideal candidate will have a background in power or project management, with 5+ years' experience in construction, maintenance planning, or scheduling within electrical networks. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, are also essential.

A passion for safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement is key to this role. Additionally, a driver's license is required.
