Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to manage complex projects at the cutting edge of technology in the transport industry space.

This role involves leading and supervising site contractors ensuring on-site installations are deployed and tested in accordance with requirements. You will act as main on-site liaison between subcontractors, client, and project managers, enforcing site safety, compliance, and quality control.

  • Lead and supervise site contractors to ensure on-site installations meet all relevant standards and codes.
  • Act as main on-site liaison between subcontractors, clients, and project managers to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Enforce site safety, compliance, and quality control measures to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Ensure electrical safety of installations and comply with all applicable electrical regulations.
  • Coordinate installation and conduct inspections to ensure completed work meets all relevant codes and standards.
  • Provide technical input to the electrical design process and review drawings to produce As-Built documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Supervisor on significant infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Hold an Electrical Trade Qualification and a current Victorian Electrical License.
  • Have sound knowledge of electrical AUS/NZ standards and construction safety regulations.
  • Understand current Health and Safety legislation and be able to apply knowledge in a construction environment.
  • Experience managing people and sub-contractors to ensure they operate safely.
