Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management: Coordinate and execute projects independently or with a team of professionals.
  • Team leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure workload, schedule, quality, utilization, morale, and performance meet organizational standards.
  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with area and regional leadership to develop hiring plans, grow a group of professionals, and drive business growth.
  • Business development: Represent the organization in marketing and proposal development for new opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  • FE, PE license preferred; PMP certification in lieu of PE.
  • Experience with system projection and planning, communication, distribution, and transmission lines is an added benefit.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
