About the Role

The role of an Electrical Estimator involves working closely with experienced teams to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment. This position offers valuable industry experience, opportunities for skill development, and career growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of external contractor bids to ensure optimal client value.
  • Create accurate estimates and cost plans for key client projects.
  • Evaluate project scopes and cost plans to identify potential gaps and address them accordingly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of current local rates for estimating purposes.
  • Optimise project costs against budget through precise estimates and regular reviews.
  • Provide expert estimating support throughout the design and construction stages.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners across the business by building trust and credibility.
  • Support project management through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
Key Requirements
  • Increasing levels of scope and responsibility as an Electrical or MEP Estimator.
  • Excellent analytical skills when dealing with complex technical data.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a friendly work environment.
  • A dynamic environment with self-managed priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong relationships with team members and clients through shared purpose and openness.
