We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our airport retail store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in providing outstanding service to customers. You will also be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of presentation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and has experience in a similar leadership role. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of people and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and display
  • Drive sales growth and meet targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
  • Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
