Electrical Systems Leadership Opportunity


We are seeking a seasoned electrical systems leader to spearhead innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of high-voltage electrical equipment and system configurations, as well as expertise in preparing technical specifications and conducting design reviews.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and development of primary electrical systems for high-voltage substations and transmission projects.
  2. Prepare detailed design documentation, including single-line diagrams, general arrangement drawings, and equipment specifications.
  3. Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) and client-specific requirements.
  4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and protection engineers, to ensure cohesive design integration.
  5. Conduct technical reviews and feasibility studies to support project planning and execution.
  6. Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical equipment and system configurations.
  • Experience in preparing technical specifications and conducting design reviews.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and PLS-CADD.
