About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our real estate team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Office Management: Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: A Certificate of Registration is highly advantageous, but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in completing tasks.
