About the Role

  • Assist the Sales team in handling incoming calls, greeting clients, and participating in weekly performance meetings and training sessions.
  • Support the Sales team in preparing office packs, delivering legal documents, and conducting phone canvassing, door knocking, and letterbox drops.
  • Input data and prepare reports to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.

Requirements

  • Honesty, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, 'Can Do' attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Confidence, a professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (preferred).
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (with one rostered day off each week).
