Operations Support Specialist

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong analytical skills to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational support, resolve issues efficiently, and work closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Perform data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to equip internal customers with the necessary skills to use our internal systems effectively.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and perform routine system maintenance to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • A background in a distribution business or similar industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, always willing to lend a helping hand.
  • You have a valid driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
