Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing insights and analytics to support business decision-making.

About the Role:

This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop tools, dashboards, and processes that support meaningful insights to drive business efficiencies and growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain reporting tools & dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide accurate and timely insights to identify areas of cost savings, business opportunities, and efficiencies and support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to meet business needs.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Prepare and present business intelligence reports to a range of stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 3 to 5 years of data analyst experience
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
