Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and energetic part-time porter to join our front office team at PULLMAN. As a porter, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage and supporting other front office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival.
    • Greet guests and offer assistance with luggage and other needs.
    • Assist guests with their departure, including handling and transporting luggage to and from their vehicles.
    • Provide information and directions to guests as needed, including hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Operational Support
    • Assist with the smooth operation of the front office, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
