About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Trainer/Store Manager Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be based full-time in remote communities with regular travel across Arnhem Land, NT and Far North Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management, training or store operations, and be passionate about First Nations empowerment and community development.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering training programs to Store, Duty and Relief Managers across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.
  • SUPPORTING retail operations and filling in for management vacancies as needed.
  • Promoting skills development, team leadership and community engagement in a supportive environment.
