Retail Trainer / Store Manager Trainer : Based full time in remote communities with regular travel across Arnhem Land, NT and Far North Queensland, delivering retail training , leadership development , and operational support to managers in remote First Nations communities. This is a unique opportunity to combine career growth with community impact .

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to Store, Duty, and Relief Managers across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.
  • Support retail operations and fill in for management vacancies.
  • Promote skills development , team leadership , and community engagement.
