We are looking for someone who embodies not only the job requirements but everything Kookai. A leader that excels at customer service, leads by example, is a team player and a nurturing trainer and coach.

If you have previous leadership experience, are self-motivated and believe that your people are everything (team and customers) and are looking at furthering your fashion career, then this position is for you. We strongly believe in developing our leaders to succeed and will provide ongoing training to further develop your capabilities.

Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Styling customers

Driving KPI's

Recruiting and training

Visual merchandising

Managing store administration

Loss prevention

**Ideally, you have**:
Excellent customer service skills

Effective leadership and training abilities

Knowledge of working with KPI's

Retail management experience
