The Senior Clinical Research Associate is a key professional responsible for overseeing the management of clinical studies from initiation to close-out. This role ensures that all data generated by assigned sites is of high quality, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include site selection, study initiation, and clinical monitoring. The incumbent will perform pre-study visits to ensure eligible sites are selected according to sponsor criteria and prepare and conduct study initiation visits to ensure adequate study training for relevant site staff.

Additionally, this role involves ensuring principal investigators and study staff comply with safety reporting requirements, tracking study recruitment, and conducting monitoring visits according to SDV plans. Timely coordination of study materials and assembling site-specific EC submission dossiers are also critical components of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology-related major
  • At least 3 years' experience as a CRA
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial operation processes/procedures
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
