Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and closeout activities.

  • This role will require the ability to liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support new systems/processes implementation, and ensure smooth project execution at assigned trial sites.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the sponsor's interface with investigative sites and be a member of the local study management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of site operations, including coordinating site initiation visits, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, research coordinators, and other site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and identify areas for improvement to optimize site performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of success in site management, including experience in early phase hematology and oncology studies.
