Our team is seeking a highly skilled Bread Artisan to join our production crew. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality sourdough bread products using traditional techniques and modern equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in dough preparation, mixing, moulding, and oven operation. You must also be qualified and trained in accordance with HACCP guidelines for safe baking practices.
A valid qualification or training program in bakery skills is essential. Additionally, strong numeracy, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
