**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Master Bread Artisan to create high-quality sourdough bread products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating premium bread offerings in accordance with recipes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create highest quality sourdough bread products from daily production orders
  • Maintain knowledge of dough techniques - mixing, moulding and oven work
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines for clean, hygienic and safe baking and use of machinery

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • A minimum of one to three years experience working with dough techniques
  • Qualifications in accordance with guidelines
  • Good numeracy, positive attitude, ability to be a team player and perform repetitive tasks quickly
