We are a fast-growing artisan sourdough bread and pastry producer based in Melbourne.
Our goal is to create high-quality, delicious products using only the best ingredients we can source.
The RoleAs a member of our team, you will be involved in managing ovens, mixing doughs, shaping/moulding sourdough products and following recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Previous experience as a chef or cook is not necessary, but a positive outlook, good work ethic and calm temperament are essential.
- All training will be provided on the job, including mixing, moulding and baking of our sourdough and semi-sourdough lines.
Our team members come from ex-restaurant backgrounds, ensuring a great way to stay connected to good food without the hassle.

Our average day starts at 7am and finishes at 4pm, with no night shifts.
Hourly award rates are paid, with salary also offered under negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
