Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced artisan baker to join our team at Little Sister Bakery. As a skilled bread maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sourdough bread using traditional techniques and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mixing, moulding, proofing, and baking processes
  • Operating ovens and bakery equipment with confidence
  • Familiarity with dough-handling techniques and fermentation timing
  • Ability to work efficiently and cleanly in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a love for quality, consistency, and craftsmanship

This is a hands-on role, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the precision and care that goes into creating excellent bread.
