Project Manager Role

Are you a skilled and experienced project manager looking for a challenging role in the construction industry?

  • Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Liaising closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' needs are met to the highest standard. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and risk mitigation, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures, bringing your expertise and knowledge to the table. To be successful in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on ability to influence business and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade Qualified with white card.
  • Significant experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager, ideally within the construction or insurance industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build productive relationships.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Diploma of Building & Construction or related discipline.
