We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that align with our business goals and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive innovation and best practices within our organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior architects, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets, promoting efficient resource allocation and cost management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that deliver significant value to the organization.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
