Job Title: Assistant Boarding Supervisor - Multiple Positions Available

About the Role: We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to fill multiple positions as Assistant Boarding Supervisors for our boarding facilities. As a member of a team, you will act in a pastoral/supervisory role of residents in a residential situation.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the quality of care by demonstrating confidence and trust in their colleagues, being highly motivated to uphold our values, and contributing to an atmosphere of acceptance, understanding, and respect.

Mandatory Criteria: To be eligible for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A current paid Blue Card
  • A commitment to undertaking and successfully completing ABSA Book 1 and 2
  • A current Senior First Aid certificate, including Asthma and CPR components or ability to undertake Food Handlers certificate
  • A valid Driver's Licence
  • The ability to travel from time to time within our region
  • Physical abilities necessary to perform the requirements of the role safely

Desirable Criteria: While not essential, applicants with the following qualifications and attributes will be highly regarded:

  • A Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety
  • An ability to obtain an LR or MR licence
