Job Opportunity

The Proactive Service Team Lead oversees a team of 30 members, guiding them to provide cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services in multiple stores. This role requires close collaboration with the services department to ensure consistent delivery of essential services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership/management, attention to detail, and organizational skills. They must be comfortable working within a regulated framework and be willing to take on cleaning responsibilities as part of the role.

  • Create effective work schedules and ensure team punctuality
  • Manage procurement of necessary supplies
  • Evaluate team members based on key metrics and provide constructive feedback
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including department managers, customers, and local community members

This position is permanent, full-time, with flexible availability to work across early mornings, days, and late nights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the Proactive Services team and maintain a uniform presence in the store
  • Cultivate a positive experience for team members and customers through harmonious collaboration with other departments
