Medical Professionals Sought for Reception Role

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth running of our medical practice.

This part-time role involves welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, handling inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Handling telephone and in-person inquiries and requests
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy and well-organized
  • Providing support to the medical team as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar customer service role
